We created a brand that acted as the facilitator between HCPs and their patient, seen as a friend not foe. There to ensure HCPs are better equipped both in time and confidence to have more meaningful conversations with their patients. We knew we needed a brand ID that resonated with the human empathetic nature of HCPs. We identified that HCPs want more time with patients and to be involved intimately in their fertility journey as well as to deliver results in which they can be truly confident with leading, to the best outcome for their patients. So, we created a brand which uses a diverse range of different men’s handwriting alongside computer made typefaces to show how AI and conversations work hand in hand. Our branded campaigns used patient testimonials calling out the mental impact which is caused through HCPs not having enough time or confidence to deliver the results with sensitive nature. These quotes are supposed to feel handwritten from a patient and will really hit home with HCPs highlighting the true impact fertility results have on their patients emotionally and psychologically.
